Election Observation Assistance
Goal
The basic goal of the programme "Election Observation Assistance" is to help organisations, their leaders and interested individuals to organise the efficient election monitoring missions or to effectively participate in them.
Previous experiences
Previous experiences of the ProConcept team include organising and participating in 19 domestic (in Serbia and Montenegro) and two regional (Bulgaria and Albania) election monitoring missions. Members of the team took part as observers in the election monitoring missions in Bulgaria, Croatia, Mexico, Ukraine and Moldova.
One member of the ProConcept team was engaged as Election Expert within the OSCE/ODIHR Election Assessment Mission for the 2005 Parliamentary Elections in Bulgaria 2005.
Experiences of ProConcept team members also include assistance in capacity building of Domestic Election Monitoring Organizations in Montenegro, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Egypt.

Organisational assessment and evaluation of elections monitoring organisations;

Development of the concept of domestic election monitoring;

Development of methodology and techniques for the efficient monitoring of the elections and efficient management of the Election Monitoring Operation;

Development of the internal and external communication channels within the Election Monitoring Operation;

Implementation of the PVT method (Parallel Vote Tabulation).
