"Strengthening the capacity of UNIJA and Union of Refugee Associations"

Danish Refugee Council engaged ProConcept (ProC) to work on strengthening organizational capacity of UNIJA, alliance of seven internally displaced persons’ (IDP) associations, and Union of Refugee Associations, network of four refugee organizations, in order to make these organizations more efficient, accountable and transparent so they could assist IDPs and refugees in resolving their final status in a more efficient and professional way.

Besides consultation, ProConcept offered various trainings, group work and different tools and methods for improving NGO management in both non-governmental organizations.

As the result of this cooperation, one of the members of the Union of refugee Association, SDF organization, dealing solely with refugees from Croatia, requested the additional set of capacity building trainings such as: Project Management Cycle, Strategic Planning and the assistance in creating the Strategic Plan for this organization.
